Təsnim İnformasiya Agentliyinin məlumatına əsasən, Seyid Abbas Musəvi 3 ildir ki, Azərbaycanda səfir vəzifəsində çalışır və Müctəba Dəmirçi Gürcüstan və Qazaxstanda səfir olub.
Müctəba Dəmirçili beynəlxalq hüquq və strateji idarəetmə üzrə elmi doktordur. Onun beynəlxalq hüquq, Xəzər dənizi, keçmiş SSRİ respublikaları və idarəetmə mövzularında elmi araşdırmaları, “Xəzər dənizində neft yataqlarının qanuni işlənməsi” adlı kitabı mövcuddur.
Xatırladaq ki, Müctəba Dəmirçili Gürcüstanda (2006-2010-cu illərdə) və Qazaxıstanda (2014-2018-ci illərdə) diplomatik missiyanın rəhbəri, daha sonra isə İranın Azərbaycandakı Səfirliyinin ikinci katibi vəzifələrində çalışıb.
