Cozef Borrel AP qərarının pərdə arxasındakı “təhlükəli sirr”ini ifşa edərək deyib ki, bu məsələ məhkəməsiz, ilk növbədə məhkəmə qərarı olmadan həll edilə bilməz. Siz deyə bilməzsiniz ki, “sizdən xoşum gəlmədiyim üçün mən sizi terrorçu hesab edirəm”.
