“Daxil olmuş məlumat əsasında Füzuli Hərbi Prokurorluğunun və Azərbaycan Respublikası Hərbi Prokurorluğunun Kriminalistika və İnformasiya Texnologiyaları idarəsinin əməkdaşları tərəfindən hadisə yerinə və meyitə baxış keçirilmiş, iş üçün əhəmiyyət kəsb edən predmetlər maddi sübut kimi götürülmüş, eləcə də izahatlar alınmış və digər hərəkətlər icra edilmişdir.
Fakt üzrə Füzuli Hərbi Prokurorluğunda Azərbaycan Respublikası Cinayət Məcəlləsinin müvafiq maddəsi ilə cinayət işi başlanılaraq şahidlər dindirilmiş, müvafiq ekspertizalar təyin edilərək icraya yönəldilmiş və təxirəsalınmaz zəruri istintaq hərəkətləri həyata keçirilmişdir.
Hazırda istintaq davam etdirilir və qanunvericiliyin tələblərinə uyğun olaraq bütün tədbirlərin görülməsi təmin olunacaqdır” , – deyə o bildirib.
