Fars İnformasiya Agentliyinin məlumatına əsasən, Ərəbistan krallığının iqtisadi müşaviri Əyd Əl Əyd deyib: Qərb qurumları öz mənafelərinin ardıncadırlar və “İnkişaf Bank”ının BRİCS-ə qoşulmaqla ABŞ-ın rəhbərliyi altında olan bu qurumların dollar istilasının azalmasıdır.
Əyd Əl Əyd daha sonra deyib: Braziliya prezidentinin dediyi kimi, Qərb ölkələri və Amerika kreditorların mənafeyini deyil, özlərinə sərf edəni düşünür, dünyanı borclabatırmaqla öz ciblərini doldururlar.
O, həmçinin vurğulayıb ki, gələcək mərhələdə BRİCS “İnkişaf Bank”ı beynəlxalq dünyada dolların istilasını azaldacaq.
Qeyd edək ki, BRİCS inkişaf bankı BRİCS təşkilatının Braziliya sammitindən tam 1 il sonra fəaliyyətə başlayıb. BRİCS (Braziliya, Rusiya, Hindistan, Çin və Cənubi Afrika Respublikası (CAR) dövlətlərinin birgə yaratdıqları iqtisadi əməkdaşlıq təşkilatıdır. Təşkilatın yaratdığı bank isə BVF və Dünta Bankına alternativ olaraq üzv ölkələrdə infrastruktur və inkişaf layihələrinin maliyyələşdirilməsi ilə məşğul olacaq. Bankın ilkin nizamnamə kapitalı 100 mlrd.dollara bərabərdir.
