İyulun 4-nə keçən gecə saat 00 radələrində 20-ci Sahə adlanan ərazidə yol polisi şübhəli hesab etdiyi “Mercedes” markalı avtomobili saxlayıb.
İttihama görə, polis əməkdaşının sürücünün sərxoş vəziyyətdə olub-olmamasını müəyyən etməyə çalışdığı vaxt avtomobildə olan sürücünün atası, 1965-ci il təvəllüdlü Z.Cabbarov və sürücünün qardaşı maşından düşərək mübahisə yaradıblar. Toydan sərxoş halda çıxıb evə gedən şəxslər yol polisinin ünvanına təhqiramiz ifadələr işlədiblər. Hadisə yerinə post patrul xidmətinin əməkdaşları dəvət ediliblər və həmin şəxslər ərazi üzrə polis bölməsinə aparılıblar. Burada insident daha da böyüyüb. Saxlanılan Z.Cabbarov polis əməkdaşına kəllə atıb, onun qolundan dişləyib.
Bundan sonra ata və 1997-ci il təvəllüdlü oğlu barəsində İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsinin 535-ci (polisin qanuni tələbinə qəsdən tabe olmama) maddəsi ilə inzibati protokol tərtib edilib. Onlar Səbail Rayon Məhkəməsinə göndərilib. Məhkəmənin qərarı ilə Z.Cabbarova 10 sutka həbs cəzası verilib, oğlu isə 150 manat cərimə edilərək sərbəst buraxılıb.
