Bildirilib ki, yanvarın 2-də, saat 18 radələrində DSX-nin Sərhəd Qoşunlarının müddətdən artıq həqiqi hərbi xidmət hərbi qulluqçusu kiçik çavuş Əvəzli Elxan Məhəmməd oğlu naməlum səbəbdən öz xidməti silahından atəş açmaqla xidmət etdiyi sərhəd zastavasının hərbi qulluqçuları baş leytenant İsmayılov Yusif İsmayıl oğlunu, kiçik gizir Cəlilzadə Amil Fuar oğlunu və kiçik gizir İbrahimov Rəfail Natiq oğlunu qəsdən öldürüb, daha sonra silahını ataraq hadisə yerindən qaçıb.
Həyata keçirilən əməliyyat-axtarış tədbirləri nəticəsində Elxan Əvəzli 03 yanvar 2022-ci il tarixdə saat 00:30 radələrində Laçın rayonunun Malxələf kəndi ərazisində aşkar olunaraq şübhəli şəxs qismində saxlanılıb.
Cinayət işi Baş Prokurorluğun rəhbərliyi tərəfindən xüsusi nəzarətə götürülməklə istintaqın davam etdirilməsi Hərbi Prokurorluğun İstintaq idarəsinə həvalə edilib.
Hazırda hadisənin təfərrüatlarının müəyyən edilməsi istiqamətində intensiv istintaq hərəkətləri davam etdirilir.
