Daxili İşlər Nazirliyindən verilən məlumata görə, Sabunçu rayon Polis İdarəsinin 14-cü Polis Bölməsinin əməkdaşlarının keçirdikləri əməliyyat nəticəsində saxlanılan Maştağa qəsəbəsi sakini Elnur Babayevdən 244 qram marixuana aşkar edilib. Davam etdirilən tədbirlərlə onun Pirşağı qəsəbəsindəki bağ evinə baxış zamanı oradan əlavə 7 kiloqram 20 qram marixuana, həyətindəki istixanadan isə kultivasiya yolu ilə yetişdirdiyi 8853 ədəd çətənə kolu aşkar edilərək götürülüb. Aparılan araşdırmalar zamanı Elnur Babayevin narkotik tərkibli bitkiləri bir müddət əvvəl əkdiyi və xüsusi quluq etdiyi müəyyən edilib. Onun məqsədi çətənə kollarını qurudandan sonra satmaq olub.
İdarə əməkdaşlarının keçirdikləri növbəti əməliyyat nəticəsində isə sosial şəbəkədə tanış olduğu xaricdə yaşayan narkotacirin təklifi ilə paytaxt ərazisində narkokuryerliklə məşğul olan Astara rayon sakini Vüqar Əmirli saxlanılıb. 13-cü Polis Bölməsinə gətirilən həmin şəxsin üzərindən 60 qram heroin və psixotrop maddə metamfetamin aşkar edilib. Vüqar Əmirli ifadəsində paytaxt ərazisində kirayədə yaşadığı evdə narkotik maddələr saxladığını bildirib. Həmin ünvana baxış zamanı əlavə olaraq 1 kiloqrama yaxın heroin və metamfetamin aşkar edilib.
Saxlanılan şəxslər izahatında narkotik maddələri satışı ilə məşğul olduğunu etiraf edib.
