Bildirilib ki, müəssisədə “Təmiz və Saf” nişanı adı altında istehsal olunan məhsulların etiketlərində tərkibi ilə bağlı reallığı əks etdirməyən, həqiqətə uyğun olmayan məlumatların yer aldığı, məhsulun üzərində istehsal tarixinin və yararlılıq müddətinin qeyd olunmadığı və digər nöqsanlar aşkar olunub.
Faktla bağlı qanunvericiliyə uyğun olaraq sahibkar barəsində inzibati xəta haqqında protokol tərtib edilib, müəssisənin fəaliyyəti məhdudlaşdırılıb və məhsulların ticarət dövriyyəsinə daxil edilməsinin qarşısı alınıb.
Müəssisədə istehsal olunmuş məhsullardan nümunələr götürülərək Qida Təhlükəsizliyi İnstitutunun (AQTİ) müvafiq laboratoriyalarına təqdim olunub. Hazırda araşdırmalar davam etdirilir.
