Məlumata görə BMT-nin bu amerikalı nümayəndəsi təşkilatın Livanla əlaqədar planları barədə izahat vermək üçün bu ölkəyə gələcək.
Diplomatik məlumatlara görə görüş BMT-nin İsrailə Livanın cənub sərhədlərində olan Kəfər Şuba yüksəklikləri, Əl Qəcər məntəqəsi kimi ərazilərdən geri çəkilmə əmri ilə əlaqəlidir.
Əl Qəcər kəndi Livanın işğal olunmuş Cövlan yüksəkliklərində yerləşir.
