Bildirilir ki, görüşdə yeni sərhəd körpüsündən keçən yük maşınlarının sayının artması və keçidin sadələşməsi barədə fikir mübadiləsi aparılıb.
Məlumatda vurğulanır ki, İranın Astara gömrük idarəsinin baş direktoru Əlihüseyn Zülqədri hər iki ölkənin Astara sərhəd-gömrüyünün yaratdığı imkanlardan maksimum şəkildə istifadə edə biləcəyinə ümidini ifadə edib.
O, yeni sərhəd körpüsünün Azərbaycan və İranla yanaşı, digər qonşu dövlətlər, həmçinin Avrasiya ölkələri arasında yeni ticari və kommersiya mübadiləsinin həcminin artırılması üçün əlverişli imkanlar yaratdığını, ümumiyyətlə Şimal-Cənub Beynəlxalq Dəhlizində önəmli rola sahib olduğunu vurğulayıb.
Xatırladaq ki, 2023-cü ilin dekabrın 30-da Azərbaycan-İran sərhədində avtomobil körpüsünün və modul tipli buraxılış məntəqəsinin açılışı olub.
Körpünün tikintisi 2022-ci ilin martın 1-də başlayıb. Yük nəqliyyat vasitələri üçün nəzərdə tutulan körpünün ümumi uzunluğu 97,5 metr, eni dörd metr təşkil edir. Körpüdə dörd hərəkət zolağı mövcuddur. Körpü üzərində hər birinin eni 2,5 metr olan iki piyada yolu da inşa edilib.
Modul tipli dövlət sərhədindən buraxılış məntəqəsinin tikinti-quraşdırma işləri cari ilin avqustun 28-də başlayıb və dekabrın 1-də yekunlaşdırılıb. Sahəsi 4 500 kvadratmetr olan buraxılış məntəqəsində gömrük prosedurlarının səmərəli formada tətbiq olunması, sürətli keçidin təmin edilməsi məqsədilə müvafiq şərait yaradılıb.
