Bakı şəhər DYP İdarəsinin əməkdaşları tərəfindən nəqliyyat vasitəsində konstruksiya dəyişikliyi etdiyi üçün KIA markalı, 99-RO-503 dövlət qeydiyyat nişanlı nəqliyyat vasitəsinin sürücüsünə “saxla” işarəsi verilsə də, o, buna məhəl qoymayaraq, H.Əliyev prospektində nəqliyyat axınına əks istiqamətdə hərəkətini davam etdirib.

Sənədləri yoxlanılan zaman sürücünün hərəkətləri şübhə doğurduğundan onun tibbi müayinədən keçməsi təmin olunub. Müayinə zamanı E.Qanbayevin narkotik vasitə qəbul etməsi də müəyyən olunub.
Sürücü barəsində Azərbaycan Respublikası İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsinin müvafiq maddələrinə əsasən inzibati protokol tərtib edilərək baxılması üçün aidiyyəti məhkəməyə göndərilib.
Məhkəmənin qərarı ilə E.Qanbayevin sürücülük hüququ 1 il müddətinə məhdudlaşdırılıb və o, 15 sutka inzibati qaydada həbs edilib.
