İranın BMT-dəki səfiri Təxt Rəvançi bu görüşdə deyib: İran digər tərəflərin nüvə razılaşması qarşısındakı öhdəliklərini tam və effektiv şəkildə yerinə yetirməsi və bütün qeyri-qanuni sanksiyaların qaldırılması və öhdəliklərini bir daha pozmayacaqlarına dair zəmanət verilməsi şərtilə bu razılaşmanı tam şəkildə icra etməyə hazırdır.
İran İslam Respublikasının BMT-dəki ali diplomatı ABŞ-ın bu anlaşmadan qeyri-qanuni çıxması və qeyri-qanuni sanksiyaların yenidən tətbiq edilməsinə və Təhlükəsizlik Şurasının 2231 saylı qətnaməsinə əməl etməməsinə işarə edərək, qeyd edib ki, bu addımlar İran İslam Respublikasını bu qətnamə çərçivəsində öz qanuni haqlarından istifadədən məhrum edib.
İran İslam Respublikasının BMT-dəki səfiri və daimi nümayəndəsi çıxışında nüvə enerjisinin ölkələrin iqtisadi və sosial inkişafının müxtəlif aspektlərində mühüm rol oynadığını vurğulayıb. O, bildirib ki, bu məsələ Nüvə Silahlarının Qarşısının Alınması Müqaviləsi(NPT) və Beynəlxalq Agentliyin Nizamnaməsində tam şəkildə öz əksini tapıb. Beynəlxalq Agentliyin Nizamnaməsinin vəzifələrindən biri də üzv dövlətlərə nüvə enerjisindən dinc məqsədlərlə istifadə etməkdə kömək etməkdir.
