Hopa rayon mərkəzindən təxminən 50 metr hündürlükdə olan Kuledibi məhəlləsinin yolu uzun olduğu və vətəndaşlar pilləkənlərdən istifadə etmək məcburiyyətində qaldıqları üçün məhəllə camaatı bələdiyyədən lift istəyib.
Hopa Bələdiyyəsi ilə Ticarət və Sənaye Palatası binaları arasında tikilib istifadəyə verilən və yerdən 50 metr yüksəkliyə qalxan lift Kuledibi məhəlləsinin nəqliyyat problemini həll edib.
10 mərtəbəli yaşayış binası hündürlüyündə olan və 5-6 nəfərin yerləşə biləcəyi lift sayəsində vətəndaşlarla yanaşı sahibsiz itlərin də həyatı asanlaşıb. Məhəllədəki itlər də eynilə məhəllə sakinləri kimi liftlə şəhər mərkəzinə gedib-gəlməyə başlayıblar.
Bu vəziyyətlə ilk dəfə qarşılaşan rayon sakinlərindən biri yaşadığı hadisəni danışıb.
“Həmin gün liftin qapısında bir itin gözlədiyini gördüm. Dostlarıma göstərmək üçün video çəkməyə başladım. Gözləyən itə dedim ki, gəl, səni də aşağı endirim. Lift gələndə kabinədə daha 3 itin olduğunu gördüm. Çox təəccübləndim, hətta çox qorxdum. Lakin minmək məcburiyyətində idim. İçəri girdim, səsləri çıxmadı, amma çöldəki itə hürdülər. Məncə, “Gəlmə” dedilər. O da minmədi və öz növbəsini gözlədi. Mən və 3 it liftlə enməyə başladıq. İçəridə gözəl ab-hava və musiqi var idi, sakitcə endik”, – deyə sakin qeyd edib.
