Qurumdan, həmçinin bildirilib ki, hadisə yerində əməliyyat şəraiti qiymətləndirilərkən məlum olub ki, 16 mərtəbəli yaşayış binasının zirzəmisində fəaliyyət göstərməyən və təmirsiz qeyri-yaşayış obyektində baş vermiş yanğının binanın digər mərtəbələrinə keçmə riski yüksəkdir.
Yanğınsöndürənlərin həyata keçirdikləri operativ və təxirəsalınmaz tədbirlər sayəsində yanğın genişlənməsinə imkan verilmədən qısa müddətdə söndürülüb.
Yanğın nəticəsində zirzəmidə yerləşən ümumi sahəsi 4 kv.m olan gözətçi otağının yanar konstruksiyaları və ümumi sahəsi 120 kv.m olan obyektdə müxtəlif tullantılar yanıb.
Obyekt və mənzillər yanğından mühafizə olunub, təhlükəsizlik tədbirləri çərçivəsində sakinlərin təxliyəsi həyata keçirilib.
