Daxili İşlər Nazirliyinin (DİN) Mətbuat Xidmətinin Şimal regional qrupundan bildirilib ki, hadisə ilə bağlı müraciət daxil olub. Hazırda Xaçmaz RPŞ-nın təhqiqat bölməsində müvafiq araşdırma aparılır.
Qeyd edək ki, bu Rüfət Hacıyevin adının hallandığı ilk qalmaqallı hadisə deyil. Bir müddət öncə iclasa mobil telefonla gəldiyi üçün ona Xaçmaz Rayon İcra Hakimiyyətinin başçısı Elnur Rzayev tərəfindən irad tutulmuşdu. İradla razılaşmayan Rüfət Hacıyev icra başçısı tərəfindən iclasdan qovulmuşdu.
